The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the online check-in made the process quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as TV, WiFi, and tea/coffee making facilities. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the town center, cinema, and restaurants.
The rooms I was given had not been cleaned properly, which caused a delay in checking in. The lack of air conditioning was a downside, as the room became stuffy during the night and opening the window was not an option due to noise from seagulls.

Upon arrival at Premier Inn, I was kinda surprised by the ample free parking and the warm welcome I received at reception. The efficient and friendly service made check-in easy. My room, located on a lower floor facing a quieter side, was perfect for me and my family. We enjoyed a great view of the marina from the window. Despite being slightly smaller in size, the room had everything we needed and was well-maintained. Being able to book breakfast was a bonus, especially since my boys ate for free. The breakfast itself was fabulous and a hit with my whole family. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
Although my room was clean, some of the other guests experienced issues with cleanliness.
